This error message indicates that the router is trying to obtain sync with the DSLAM. It is a function of the iTex chipset used in the router. This chipset is responsible for interfacing with the DSLAM.
If the error only occurs occasionally, then it is nothing to worry about. Just ignore it.
If the error happens all the time, then you might want to get your ISP to have your line checked. If your distance from the exchange is greater than 15,000 feet, this may be an issue.
